In effort to keep us healthy, I will:

Meet or exceed state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene.
 

Cancel or reschedule sessions as soon as I am aware of an exposure or feel ill.
 

Wash my hands for a minimum of 20 seconds at the start and end of a session.
 

Keep my waiting area closed to anyone but me.
 

Forego cancellation fees if a client cannot make their appointment due to illness or exposure.
 

Fully sanitize all treatment spaces and restroom between each client.
 

Change masks and gloves (if used) between each client.
 

As always, provide clean and sanitized linens for each client.

Continue to wear a mask as a fully vaccinated practitioner.

 

 

I ask you to:

Reschedule your appointment if you have a fever or communicable illness.
 

Reschedule your appt if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
 

Respect the sanitation and hygiene standards and processes posted.

 

Wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated. Masks will be provided.
 

Wash hands before and after your session – or use hand sanitizer provided.
 

Share special sanitation or hygiene requests prior to arriving at your appointment (gloves, etc.)
